2017 Eastridge Lady Lancer Varsity and JV players on SENIOR NIGHT

2017 Eastridge Lady Lancer Varsity and JV players on SENIOR NIGHT

7/15/18... Hello EHS & EIMS FH Families. THANK YOU to EHS and EIMS FH players and families who participated in today’s car wash. The car wash started earlier and ran a shorter amount of time due to the hot temperatures. Once again, it was an above average effort that earned our team more than $400! Well done all of you!! We had a GREAT week #3 last week with our Tu/Th morning turf time and Volt weight room workouts. We had 18-20 participants both days (girls entering grades 7-12 participated each day). If you are in town & available this Tuesday and Thursday, PLEASE join us for morning turf times. Participation in turf time and Volt training is voluntary, but STRONGLY recommended for returning EHS FH players. It is the work you do over the summer (stick skills, conditioning & strength training) that will have the greatest impact on your competitiveness this Fall. Below is a rundown of our FH week. Contact me in you have questions.  Thx, Coach Fischer
